Our Community Garden is being revitalised and is currently in a re-establishment phase. If you have a passion for seeing gardens transformed then you will enjoy volunteering in our garden. Helpers in the garden do weeding, propagating , planting, pruning, harvesting and tidying of the garden and surrounding areas.
Skills required: Energy and enthusiasm, love of the outdoors, general fitness , general gardening knowledge would be helpful.

Ferntree Gully News is a publication of Mountain District Learning Centre. The small but energetic production team meet on Tuesdays in the office of “The Cottage” at 8 The Avenue Ferntree Gully. Assistance with story writing, proof reading, advertising, general admin tasks and photography would be welcome.
Skills required: Administration, journalism, writing, proof reading, photography, web site building, design etc.
